This stuff is amazing. I’ve never been a big makeup wearer. Don’t like the feeling of liquid make up just seems to sit in my skin. This I tried wearing under my Laura Geller powder balance and brighten, and it works great. No heavy greasy feeling on my skin, helps keep the powder on evenly throughout the day. Never know it was there.

PLEASE DON’T EVER STOP MAKING THIS PRODUCT!!! I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT! I use a brush to apply gently in dabs all over my face & neck. It has a natural look that somehow also blurs imperfections. I have it in all shades. For Summer, I blend the darkest one and the middle one and it gives my skin such a healthy, and natural looking glow! If I could take one and only one makeup product with me on a trip, this would be the product…hands down!

Love this product. If you follow directions you’ll like it too. Wait a minute or so after you apply it. After that go ahead with the layered process of applying Laura Gellars baked foundation and blush. You’ll get lots of compliments on your lovely complexion!

Just makes me sparkly
I have used a dozen and more primers, always looking for The One. The closest I’ve found to being perfect are Benefit Pore Professional, which is ridiculously expensive or Tarte Shape Tape primer, which I catch on sale now and then. I had high hopes for something called Spackle Primer, as I have large pores and the fine lines now that I’m in my 40s. My skin is patchy red in places, cheeks and chin mostly. I tend to have combination skin, oily in the T-zone, somewhat normal to dry elsewhere. I don’t have a primer that’s supposed to help make the skin glow in my primer arsenal, so I took a chance on Champagne Glow rather than just the normal primer. I thought maybe it might be good for a date night make-up base.I have to say, despite getting it half off in price and the huge generous size (2 oz when most primers are 1 oz or less), I am pretty disappointed in it. All it does is makes my face and fingertips glittery. My skin doesn’t glow…it sparkles like there’s gold pixie dust blown on it. It does nothing to cover or shrink the look of the pores or fine lines. My makeup does not noticeably glide on smoother nor does it last longer. So in short, it does nothing you need for it to do when you wear primer as a base for your make-up. I don’t know how the normal Spackle Primer works in comparison, if its formulation is better, but for me I’d say skip the Glow formulations. I certainly won’t buy this one again. It’s only too bad I now have SO MUCH of it.

Just love the laura geller range and this is no different, goes on well and has a lovely shimmer to it. Perfect for evening make up. Can be used on it’s own or follow with the laura geller powder.

The primer is great and a fantastic colour with a bit of sparkle – only reason it doesn’t get a 5* is because the pump doesn’t work so I have to keep using it direct from the tube!Should have returned it but had opened it on holiday and started using it.
