Seriously, I can’t stop running my fingers through it.It’s also incredibly easy to care for and maintain. I was expecting a lot more work, but it’s surprisingly low-maintenance. The heat-resistant fibers are a total game-changer, and I love the thickness and length—it’s the perfect balance of volume and sleekness. I wear it every day, and it still looks brand new.Make sure you do always carry a wig friendly brush or comb and a heat resistant spray to keep the integrity of the hair. Oh and one more thing hair oil is a necessity also remember it’s not real hair it’s synthetic and that means it’s a form of plastic but the technology of it is flawless. I tend to wash mine in hot water, using a mixture of a cleansing shampoo and a drop or two of fabric softener (remember it’s not real hair so I tend to not use real hair conditioner I feel that makes it look greasy instead which can be counterproductive to your wig.Feel free to message me if you have any questions about what I use, how I use them and other inquiries.If you’re on the fence about a synthetic wig, trust me—this one will change your mind. Beautiful but TONS of hair
This wig is beautiful and great quality! I love the elastic band feature. I holds the wig securely even though the cap is too large for me. I deducted one star because there is so much hair! It took me a long time to thin it out enough to make it look natural. Very little shedding, and not super shiny. I have this in another color so obviously it’s worth the time spent to thin it out!

I recently began my wig-wearing journey due to my battle with cancer, and I have found my confidence again in expressing myself through wearing wigs and have tried multiple brands, however I am especially impressed by EncounterU! For the price, it’s an unbelievable steal! The quality of this wig blew me away—far superior to many pricier options I’ve experimented with, even those touted as human hair. I get so many compliments and people are genuinely shocked to learn I’m wearing a wig!Unit was stunning right out of package. No odd smell, & It came very soft without the synthetic shine! Wig is small head friendly! I usually have to alter the cap and this fits like it was custom for me. The density is thick, without being overwhelming. I had very long hair prior to my hair loss, so I welcome the length on this one. Initially I was worried about tangling, but I’m happy to report, there is little to no tangling! A little spritz of a 90% water, 10% conditioner spray works wonders for styling and keeps everything smooth.Overall, If I could give this unit more than five stars, I would. I cannot wait to purchase more colors and style variations. This isn’t just my favorite wig – this is a game changer ladies. 💕
